1.1 AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP, CANCELATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
By default, your subscription will renew automatically once your membership period expires for the 1-month period. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically at the cost of £29.99 unless it’s cancelled. The automatic billing is processed through Stripe.
Any new membership will be activated after verification in less than 24 hours. You need to make sure that you do not complete the payment processes more than once.
You can cancel your membership at any time. The reason is not important. For cancellation requests please send your registration data such as name and email address to support@amanda57a.com. You will have to do it at least 3 days before your expiration date, or two days before the billing date.
A “month” is defined per calendar days. If you will take a monthly membership you will be billed for each next month of service for the same amount, unless the membership is cancelled.
*IMPORTANT*
If payments fail then membership to the Discord channel will automatically be put on hold due to the nature of setups and info available. Successful payment will then enable us to reinstate your access to Discord.
